No Legal Obligation for Returns

When it comes to in-person sales, there's no legal requirement for returns. We encourage you to thoughtfully consider your purchases to ensure they align with your needs and expectations.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, certain items cannot be returned:

• Unsealed Software and Books: Due to copyright and hygiene reasons, opened software and books are non-returnable.
• Cut-to-Order Items: Fabric, ribbons, wadding, and other items cut to your specifications are final sale.
• Threads: For hygiene and quality control purposes, threads cannot be returned.

Exclusions from Returns

Some scenarios and products are excluded from our return policy:

• In-Person Sales at Trade Shows: Purchases made at trade shows are final and not eligible for return.
• A-Grade Machines/Demonstration Machines/Pre-loved Machines: These items are sold as seen and cannot be returned.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final sale.
• Machines, Software, Parts: that have been opened and/or used.

Return Policy for Eligible Items

For items not falling under the above exclusions, the following return policy applies:

• Return Period: Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are in new and unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
• Proof of Purchase: You'll need a valid receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
• Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we'll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
• Restocking Fee: Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the item's condition and packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you're responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Custom orders and special requests are non-returnable and non-refundable.
